Can you provide a quote to help us generate a purchase order?
Yes! You may easily create a quote using our online ordering system. Simply fill
a shopping cart with your selections. The total of the order will appear with
each selection made. Once you have entered all of the desired items, you may either
print the contents of the cart, or export its contents to save to your computer.
If you would prefer to have us prepare the quote, please feel free to fax or email
your list of selections. Provide artist or composer, title, label
name, and catalog number when available.
How can I submit my Purchase Order?
Our online ordering system provides an easy and convenient way for librarians
and acquisitions staff to enter purchase order numbers. A PO number may be entered
for the entire order, or for each line item. If the librarian is not responsible
for assigning PO numbers, the order may be emailed to the acquisitions staff for
assignment of PO numbers. Once the order is ready, simply proceed to the checkout
screen and place the order.
You are also welcome to submit your Purchase Order in your format via mail, email,
or fax. Orders are also accepted over the phone at (800) 849-2323.

I cannot locate the item I am looking for in your catalog. Can you get it for
me?
If you are not able to find a title in our online catalog, we will be glad
to perform a special search for the item based on title, publisher, or other information
provided.
Will you expedite my order?
We will gladly accommodate rush orders as needed. Please alert
us when an order is needed on a rush basis, and specify the date by which you would
like the order to arrive.
How do I use your website to find the CD I want?
Use the Online Ordering link to access our database. You may then search by catalog
number, composer/artist, title, or label name. You will also have the option of
browsing by genre and label name. Also available on the website are lists of Billboard
titles organized by genre and date, lists of award winning titles, and lists of
newly released titles.
What is your return policy?
We will gladly accept the return of merchandise ordered from MLSC. Please call
our customer service department at (800) 849-2323, or send an email to
info@mlscmusic.com, and let us know the number of the invoice on which the
merchandise was received, and the item’s catalog code, if available. Once the item
is returned, we will issue a credit memo, or you may line it off of your invoice.
How will I know if something I’ve ordered has been cancelled or is on backorder?
A typical first shipment will contain about 80% of your order.Items not included
in the first shipment may be assumed to be on backorder, and will be shipped as
soon as they become available. We will send a pink cancellation slip for any items
that are not available.
